If I can't
get the casino games to work, will I get my money
back? Yes, we will refund
your money if you can't play our casino games. First, we will work
with you to discover what the problem is. Usually, it's something
that can be solved fairly easily, such as re-booting your computer

My computer
froze / crashed in the middle of a game. What happens to my
bet? Our computer database records every bet/deal/roll/spin
you make. The server remembers where you are in a game, even if your
computer crashes or freezes up. All you have to do is re-boot your
computer and/or Internet browser and log into the Casino. Go back to
the game you were playing and you will find that the computer allows
you to pick up right where you left off.
I was in
the middle of playing and my system crashed/froze/lost my
connection. Now every time I try to log back in it says my password
is wrong. Unfortunately your computer doesn't tell our computer
what happened. Our system thinks that you're still logged in. Please
wait 15 minutes so the system automatically logs you out. Try
logging in again.
I have
money in my account, but I can't bet or play. First, look at your
BALANCE. You may not have enough credits left in your account to
place the bet you are attempting to make. If you have only $4.50 in
your account you can't place a bet at our card tables. You either
need to deposit more money or play at a game with a lower minimum
requirement. We have games from $0.25 to $5.00 minimum bet
requirements.
What kind
of hardware and software do I need to play the
games? You need a PC running Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows
98, Windows 2000 or Windows XP to run the Casino software. You will need
9.6MB of disk space to install our games. You need to download the Casino software and install it on your
